We are approximately 40 minutes from the Patterson and Wallkill complexes. About 70 minutes to Warwick. Less than 30 minutes to Newburgh Assembly Hall

This was the perfect spot for our 3 day New York trip! It was a great location to get to Patterson and the other complexes. The room was clean and comfortable there’s a a fridge and microwave and chairs. The drive was gorgeous with the fall leaves changing. I’d recommend!

Phil and Vikki were very accommodating. Phil was very communicative and attentive both during my arrival and departure days. He provided a whole tour of the room accomodations upon arrival and was extremely helpful throughout stay as well. Both Vikki and Phil went above and beyond in being a resource while also providing privacy during my stay. Room and restroom had items well stocked for the entire duration of stay. Would most definitely stay again in the future.
