Bright, modern, and equipped with every comfort, it's ideal for couples and families who want to experience Florence in an authentic atmosphere.
A 15-minute tram ride from the airport and 10 minutes from Santa Maria Novella Station, it's close to the Fortezza da Basso, Visarno Arena, and the Teatro del Maggio Musicale. The historic center is a 20-minute walk away.
The Space
The apartment is divided into a living area with a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a spacious bathroom.
In your carefully furnished room, you will find a comfortable standard double bed with a variety of pillows for maximum comfort.
You can choose whether to use a large wardrobe with drawers and a clothes rack, or place your suitcases on two practical suitcase racks.
You will also find an iron and ironing board to always have your clothes tidy.
If you're more than two people, you can use the double sofa bed. If you'd like to use the sofa bed and there's a small surcharge, please note.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. There's a breakfast station with coffee, tea, a toaster, and a kettle. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and microwave.
You can use the table both for eating and as a dedicated work area.
In the living room, we offer the option of a very comfortable double sofa bed. Next to it, guests will also find a small wardrobe for storing their belongings.
In the large bathroom, you will find a toilet, sink, bidet, and a large shower.
We provide all bed linens, towels, and a welcome kit—you don't even have to worry about a hairdryer! Linens are changed once a week for longer stays.

If you prefer, you can reach the historic center in several ways: on foot, a 20-minute stroll through the typical Florentine streets, or by tram, bus, or taxi, which stops right in the square next to the apartment.
