Nice to meet you!
It's Judi, your host.
It is a quiet neighborhood close to all the amenities. Two kingdom halls are nearby, and many friends live in this community. The house is pristine, with new appliances, a dining room set, and a kitchen set—two-car garage with new washer and dryer. You will need all the utensils, bring your clothes and your toothbrush. 3 miles from our world equestrian center WEC, something that you've never seen before. Community clubhouse and pool.Near Silver Springs Park. About one plus to Orlando, Daytona Beach, and Palm Coast training educational center.
The Space
This is a lovely 3 bedroom home, fully furnished and a great, helpful neighbor. Senior neighborhood. No Aire B & Bs allowed so I use it only for our brotherhood, pioneers, LDC, and I live here. Available for year around rentals if needed.

You may use the pool but requires I be with you. Always a pleasure but it is too cold for winter.
Interaction with Guests
I live in the neighborhood if needed . I am bilinqual, Spanish and English.
Other Things to Note
Close to several restaurants, Publix grocery, $ stores. Drugstore.

I'm single. I have several rentals in my neighborhood. I just acquired this one for a bnb. Everything is practically brand new. I have another house that is being used by LDC regularly. I'm very zealous for the ministry and very active, so don't be afraid of my age.
