The Space

Our home is best suited for stays of 2 days or longer, providing the perfect balance of comfort and convenience for medium-term visits.

We are just 20 minutes from beautiful beaches and close to dining, shopping, and essential services.

Guest Access

Access to the entire house, including the front and backyard, except for the garage, where we store our personal belongings.Welcome! 🤗

Dear brothers and sisters, welcome to our home! 🏡❤️

We’re very happy to have the opportunity to share our Jacksonville home with members of our worldwide brotherhood. We hope you’ll feel comfortable here, enjoy your time in Florida, and treat the home as you would the home of good friends. 😊

Since we live in San Diego, California, we unfortunately won’t be able to welcome you personally, but local brothers and sisters help us take care of the property and keep everything clean and ready for our guests. ❤️

Please take a few minutes to read the information below so that everyone can have a safe and enjoyable stay.

🔑 Arrival & Check-out

Check-in is after 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

You’ll receive a digital access code before your arrival.

When you arrive, please take a quick look around the house. If you notice any existing damage or anything that isn’t working properly, please let us know within the first 24 hours. This helps us take care of problems quickly and avoid misunderstandings.

Guests under 21 should be accompanied by an adult over 21.

🌙 Quiet Hours & Security

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We have neighbors nearby, so we really appreciate everyone keeping noise at a reasonable level, especially in the evening.

For everyone's safety and the security of the property, there are outdoor security cameras around the home. There are no cameras inside the house.

Please do not cover, disconnect, move, or interfere with the cameras.

🗑️ Garbage & Recycling

Garbage collection is Monday morning. If you are staying with us on Sunday evening, we would really appreciate your help placing the bins at the curb, just as the neighbors do.

♻️ Please separate recyclables and use the container with the yellow lid.

Florida has plenty of little insects that would also love to stay in the house 😄, so please help us by keeping exterior doors closed.

Before checking out, please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

🏡 Taking Care of the Home

Please avoid eating or drinking in bed.

Bed linens, blankets, pillows, and regular bath towels should remain inside the house.

Please do not use bleach when washing our linens or towels.

For the pool, please use the designated red or black patterned towels. 🏊‍♂️

If something is accidentally broken or damaged, please just let us know. We understand that accidents can happen. We only ask that guests take responsibility for damage or unusual cleaning costs caused during their stay.

🐶 Traveling With Dogs

Up to two dogs are welcome.

Please clean up after your pets both inside and outside the property and keep them supervised.

When outside the property, please keep dogs on a leash.

We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture whenever possible and preferably remain out of the bedrooms.

Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required because of their pets.

🏊‍♂️ Pool

Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM.

Please remember:

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

- No diving.

- Please use the pool ladder when appropriate for safe entry and exit.

- Please shower before entering the pool.

- Please don't enter the pool with open wounds or contagious skin conditions.

- No food, trash, or glass containers in or around the pool.

- Large inflatables should be approved with us beforehand.

- Pets are not allowed in the pool.

- Please keep noise low, especially in the evening.

Pool use is at your own risk, so please use good judgment and supervise children carefully.

Gatherings & Additional Guests

We’re happy for you to enjoy time together, but please no large or noisy parties or events.

Only registered overnight guests should stay at the property. If your plans change or you would like additional guests to stay overnight, please contact us first. 😊

🔥 Grill & Laundry

Please always supervise the grill while it is being used and make sure the propane is turned off afterward.

The washer and dryer are located in the laundry room.

Please clean the dryer lint filter after each use and do not use bleach with colored laundry.

⛈️ Florida Weather & Safety

Florida weather can change quickly. Please do not use the pool or hot tub during thunderstorms, lightning, or severe weather.

Please use reasonable care around all wet surfaces, especially around the pool.

More than anything, we hope you enjoy your stay!

Even though we may never have met personally, we’re happy to share our home with our brothers and sisters. 🌎❤️ Please treat it with the same care and respect you would the home of friends who invited you to stay.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

The house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood in Jacksonville. Our street is a dead-end street with very quiet and pleasant neighbors who also value peace and quiet in the neighborhood.

Getting Around

The nearest public transportation is a bit far from the house, so the most convenient way to get around is by car. 24-hour parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway.
