About this accommodation

I love our basement; we enjoy the space to have friends over for a meal or make memories. The space is completely private. A full bathroom with all basic necessities. Refrigerator and microwave. We provide a hair dryer and an iron.

The Space

Large basement studio (400 sq ft) with private entrance and complete bathroom. The entrance is private. We are located in Queens.

Space has a living room to make you feel at home.

There is a coffee table with benches.

Guest Access

Full bathroom, refrigerator (freezer upon request), coffee maker, toaster, and ice maker. Hair dryer and clothing iron, hangers.

Interaction with Guests

We will interact with you as you will need us to.

Other Things to Note

Kingdom Hall is about a 10-minute walk (or take the buses in the corner, three stops away, which leaves you at the corner of KH). New Long Island Assembly Hall, 25-30 minute drive. We are twenty (20) minutes away from both JFK and LGA airports.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

Quiet neighborhood with free street parking.

Getting Around

Easy public transportation access. A ten-minute bus ride to get to the F train. Walking distance to LIRR (Hollis Station), which will get you to Penn Station or Grand Central Station in 25 minutes.

The bus at the corner will take you to the Subway station. LIRR 5-minute walk, both can be used to get into Manhattan or Long Island (Subway map and instructions are included in welcome packet).
