Enjoy panoramic views, ample privacy, and a perfectly heated pool with a lap lane and a children's wading pool. The house is fully equipped, has outdoor BBQ areas, and is operated by a trusted support staff. Up to two small dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

The Space

The house is located in a private, low-density eco-friendly development, nestled among mountains and nature, surrounded by the Apulo tropical dry forest landscape. The development features other country houses integrated into the natural environment and separated from each other, allowing for privacy, tranquility, and a connection with nature. It is ideal for families and groups seeking rest and spacious areas to share.

The property was completely renovated and designed to foster a connection with nature, with open architecture, minimalist decor, and comfortable and relaxing furnishings.

It features a living-dining room with a 65" TV, a large, new, and fully equipped kitchen, a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a mini-pool for small children, and a 23-meter lap pool. It also has outdoor areas, a guest bathroom adjacent to the pool, and a large private parking area with space for seven cars.

The poolside kiosk is Equipped for outdoor dining, with a BBQ, grill, griddle, dishwasher, refrigerator, dining area, and sitting room.
