Newly remodeled and beautifully decorated 2 bed/2 bath home within a 55+ community in Palmetto, FL.

The Space

Palmetto Point is located in a highly desired 55+ community minutes from I-75, I-275, US-41, and the beautiful Sunshine Skyway Bridge. It's an active community with a large clubhouse, heated pool, pickleball, shuffleboard, billiards, and card room. Many activities include coffee hour, dancing, dinner, games, exercise classes, trips, and many social events.

You will have access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home... Plus clubhouse, heated pool, pickleball, shuffleboard courts, and more!

Other Things to Note

Since this is a 55+ community, we prefer to rent to a couple (2 people) stay at Palmetto Point.

One person must be 55 or older. The second person must be 45 or older.

You may have 1 guest visit for up to 10 days.

My wife and I live in New Jersey. We love Florida and have this second home in Palmetto, Florida. We come to Florida 4-5 times a year for a couple of weeks at a time. We heard about JWguest and thought this would be the perfect place to find someone to rent! You must be 55+ and rent for a minimum of 60-days in the off-season (May-Oct)... 90-days in-season (Nov-Apr). I am a full-time entertainer and photographer. I work in Florida as often as I can. My wife comes with me. We have 3 adult children. We are ALL in the truth.
