The Space
We are located centrally on the SW Florida Gulf Coast between St Petersburg, Tampa & Bradenton. - 6 min to the grocery store (Publix on Moccasin Wallow Rd, or Aldi, Walmart & Detwiler’s listed a little farther) - 10 min to Emerson Point Preserve - 10 min to the Ellenton Outlet Mall and shops - 10-20 min to parks and golf courses - 20 min to Dali Museum - 30 min to Ringling Museum of Art - 20-45 min to some of the top voted beaches in the nation; Ana Maria Island, Siesta Key (Sarasota), Clearwater, and Saint Petersburg - 45 min to Tampa Airport, Busch Gardens Theme Park, and Lowry Park Zoo - Under 2 hours to Disney World, Orlando airport, and attractions.
Guest Access
The front entrance is the only entry and exit point for guests. You have access to the whole cottage, (kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, outside yard). Upon arrival, you will use the code given to enter the front door.
Interaction with Guests
We are your neighbors and live right in the back. We share the roof, however, our place has its separate entry/exit. (We live in a cozy efficiency connected to the back of the house). If we are out of town, my in-laws live right next door and are happy to help with anything you might need. They are also JWs in the Spanish cong. However, please communicate any requests and we will promptly reply via text, email, or through Jwbnb. Have a question about the area? Where to go, recommended "good eats" or events? Please don't hesitate to ask. Contact us anytime between 7 am - 10 pm. If there's an emergency, please don't hesitate to call us directly ANYTIME.
Other Things to Note
As you see on our listing, you will see that some areas are shared; the patio and driveway. There is plenty of space in the driveway without blocking your side from coming and going as you please. If you have a special request such as; you would like to use the patio for BBQ for any given day please make that known to us and we will make sure it is ready & free for you to use.
