About this accommodation

Perfect location on private 1.5 acres (not waterfront) but 1 mile to public boat ramp on 1600+ acre Big St Germain Lake. 5 min to St G, 15 min to Eagle River, Minocqua/Woodruff.

This is a one-bedroom apartment in the walkout area of our home. We occupy the upper part of the home.

Great Vilas County location for fishing, farmers' markets, festivals, and hiking/biking. Located on the ATV trail.

The apartment suite is in a walk-out lower level of our home. The one-bedroom unit (queen bed) has a kitchenette, a full-size futon in the living area, and a spacious bath. Parking for boats and toys.

The Space

Your unit is accessed via a private entrance with a key-code lock. We provide bath and kitchen towels, bedding, paper products and basic kitchen items.

The apartment space has a private entrance, one bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a futon, a kitchenette, and a full bath with a walk-in shower.

The kitchenette includes a sink, microwave, countertop convection oven, and mini-fridge. Freezer space for your big fish.

Outside is a patio, a large yard with a fire pit, and ample parking.

The location is very close to lakes, biking trails, ATV/UTV trails, and our little town with grocery and restaurants. We have a dock on Big Saint Germain Lake, approximately 1 mile from the home.

Guest Access

Guests have access to an approx 450 sq ft apartment in a lower-level walkout, private entrance, and parking.

Other Things to Note

We do have 2 cats, and they do occasionally go into the unit when not guest-occupied.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

The location is on ATV trails and proximity to Big St Germain Lake, boating, fishing, and swimming is great. Short drive to "civilization" or enjoy the quiet of the Wisconsin Northwoods.

Hiking and mountain biking across the street at Fern Ridge trails.

Close to the Heart of Vilas County bike trail.

Perfect for fishermen, close to Vilas County and Oneida County lakes, and to all the tournaments.
