We had a great experience! Such a wonderful place to stay. Very cozy and clean. Loved how it was decorated. This place had everything we needed! The appliances were top notch and new. I wish I could live there! The host were friendly and easy to communicate with.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we needed…it was very clean, it was clearly an amazing job completing this construction in the basement. Perfect 1 bedroom for a couple on the go. We made it to Walkill in 20 min and made it Warwick in about an hour. Thanks for such a nice private unit to rent.

This apartment was perfect! I purchased this apartment for two nights as a nice getaway for my brother and his wife on their wedding night. Steve & Grace went above and beyond to make sure this was a special time for them. Their communication was superb! My brother and his wife absolutely loved the apartment. They said it was so spacious, cozy and cute. They gave it a 10/10, would recommend. I would definitely book with Steve & Grace again! Top-tier host! 🌟

That was a very spacious and well appointed downstairs apartment. Bedroom, kitchen, dining room and laundry room are large and roomy. Giant King size bed in bedroom. Kitchen had new and modern appliances and dishes. The furnishings are of high quality with a large screen Smart TV. We loved this place and will rebook this apt if we end return to this area. Thank you Maueitsen’s these lovely accommodations.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more . Pictures don’t do the apartment justice. The host was very responsive and helpful. Most importantly to me it was very clean. I felt very at home . I’d love to stay there again.

The BEST experience I've had at a vacation rental. Typically I arrive at a rental, armed with disinfectant, and prepared to spend several hours of my precious vacation cleaning. I also usually bring my own clean pillows, however, at Steve's Ranier Retreat, none of these were needed. Steve's place is IMMACULATE! The lovely photos do not adequately convey the warmth, the cleanliness, the oasis, that we experienced. Every need/desire was anticipated and accommodated. Thanks Steve.
