Newly built modern apartment ideal for a couple or solo traveler wanting to have a quiet getaway but close to Atlanta. Enjoy all the nearby shopping and restaurants and then relax on the private porch with wooded view. Much thought has been put into each room to make your stay comfortable including an 85 inch TV, coffee bar, laundry room, lit beauty mirror in bathroom, games and books. We are 20 minutes from the Atlanta airport, 30 minutes from downtown, and 7.7 miles from the City of Hope Cancer Center. Located in a safe quiet neighborhood we are close to many restaurants and shopping with easy access to highway 85.

The Space

We are 5 minutes off Highway 85 between Peachtree City and Newnan. Easy access to the highway. We are located in a residential neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac. We are 2 miles from Costco, 3.5 from Trader Joes, 8 miles from Trillith Studios, 7.7 from City of Hope Cancer Center, 18 miles from the airport, and 30 miles to downtown Atlanta.

Other Things to Note

We are on a wooded lot so there are plenty of birds, squirrels and sometimes deer that you may enjoy watching from the porch. We do have dogs in the neighborhood but neighbors are quiet and respectful.

We live in a quiet safe established neighborhood with lots of trees. We are close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We are very close to highway 85 with easy access on and off it.
