Enjoy a stylish & private experience in this stunning, woodsy, modern, bohemian-themed ranch home. The covered porch is a perfect spot to relax in any season while gazing at the peaceful woods or firing up the BBQ grill. Situated perfectly in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a few minutes to restaurants, shopping, Candlewood Lake, I-84, and Downtown Danbury. Only 7 miles from Patterson Bethel! Whether you're in the area for a romantic retreat, a unique place to work remotely, a trip to Bethel, or a getaway w/ friends, you've come to the right place.

The Space

The home offers soaring ceilings, high-end finishes, and abundant natural light throughout. Step into the open living room with wood-burning fireplace, cathedral ceiling and bay window. The dining and kitchen areas offer a custom-built-in bar with herringbone wood inlay, granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and newer cabinetry with modern open shelving. The spacious bedrooms also feature high ceilings and hardwood flooring, plus a beautifully updated full bath. The basement level has a laundry room for use during your stay. EV charging available!

Guest Access

The full top level of the home, front and backyard, patio, and driveway is available for your use, but the basement is open for laundry room use only, please. Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway, with an additional 3-car gravel driveway, but no garage access. The BBQ grill/smoker on the patio is fully stocked with all necessary tools, but MUST be removed from under the patio during use. Please be sure to clean and return it to its designated location under the patio with all tools back in the bin and the grill re-covered.

Quiet and spacious family-centered neighborhood, which gives you a cozy feel. If you are fortunate, you might be able to catch the rare deer family sighting, so keep your eyes peeled.

Getting Around

You will need a car, but it's just a few minutes to restaurants, shopping, Candlewood Lake, I-84, and Downtown Danbury. Free Parking on premises for up to 3 cars in the driveway!

We enjoy spending quality time together, whether it's family movie nights, exploring new places, or simply making memories together.
