About this accommodation

The rental property is located in a peaceful location surrounded by mountains and lakes, just two minutes from Lac-Mégantic and the city center with all its amenities. It's also convenient for those attending the Kingdom Hall, which is only 6 minutes away. The house comfortably accommodates 6 people, and during the summer, guests can enjoy a private space with a swimming pool, spa, fireplace, games, and a terrace. Please note that the rental is available for 32 days or more.

The Space

A private relaxation area where you can alternate between the spa and swimming pools. A fire pit and an outdoor terrace allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors during the summer season. The bathroom is equipped with a massage shower head for optimal relaxation. The region is regulated to reduce light pollution, which allows for an exceptional view of the stars. The Lac-Mégantic Observatory is also one of the region's tourist attractions.

Guest Access

You have access to the entire house and the entire property, except for the garage and the cold room in the basement.

You can communicate with us via text message at any time, and assistance can be provided as needed as quickly as possible.

Other Things to Note

You can share the rental with other brothers and sisters. However, you will remain solely responsible for the rental. The price includes cleaning at the end of the rental. If you would like additional maintenance, please let us know, and we will discuss what can be done and the rates.

Minimum stay is 30 Days. The price shown in the listing is the full price. We apply a 1000$ discount/month between October and April (Winter months).
