About this accommodation

Our cozy cottage is located on the property of an old dairy farm in the Hudson Valley. The property is quiet and serene with a beautiful view in every season. It's a wonderful place to unwind after exploring the Bethel complexes, NYC, and the beauty of the Hudson Valley. Located near many quaint little towns, including 10 minutes from the town of Pawling with cute eateries and shops.

18 min to Patterson. 1 hour to Wallkill. 1 hr 15 min to Warwick and Ramapo. 10 min to Pawling train station (access to the Metro-North line that travels to the city).

The Space

Our place used to be a concrete structure for the bull, and the garden attached was his pen! Nowadays, it is a light-filled, loft-style bedroom above the main living area!

Guest Access

You will have access to the cottage, the yard behind it, and private parking.

Other Things to Note

We are subletting our cottage with our landlord's permission. While privacy is maintained by the orientation of the house and barn, it is on a larger property with a main house that is also used as a bnb.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

We are right on the NY/CT line, and so there are endless quaint towns to explore and trails to hike. A trailhead on the Appalachian Trail is just over a mile down the road.

Getting Around

A car is recommended to get around. The Metro-North train line can be accessed from town, about 10 minutes away, which will take you to NYC.
