This stunning home is positioned directly opposite Jervis Bay, the home of the exquisite Callala Beach, boasting views of the sea's crystal blue waters. The Space

Lockdown Notation—Please note that in the current climate, we fully appreciate people's hesitancy to book a stay given potential lockdowns. Depending on the circumstances, La Mer will always assist you with a rescheduled date or cancellation.

La Mer sleeps 6.
La Mer Petite is available for additional guests at an extra charge. Select seven or more people to secure also this space.

The Upper Level (La Mer)

Upstairs, be greeted by beautiful hardwood timber floors and a neutral color palette, creating a relaxed coastal vibe.
Spacious open-plan living with large sliding doors opening to the front balcony that looks out to the ocean. The stunning views can be enjoyed from the living areas and from the stunning kitchen, which features stone benchtops, gas cooking, and a large island bench that also serves as a breakfast bar.

The Lower Level (La Mer Petite)

This lower level is available on request and provides two bunk bed areas, with a double bunk on the base and a single on the top. It sleeps 6. The beds are prepared with quality fresh linen and Bath towels are provided.

This lower level is predominantly available to our younger guests. It allows parents to have their own space upstairs and our younger guests access to their own TV, bathroom, and sleeping area.
You must notify us if you wish to book Petite La Mer with your booking.

The Kitchen Space

The kitchen has a serving window that opens out onto the rear deck. It is a space for that morning fruit and coffee, and it looks out across the kitchen to views of the sea.
There is a large bathroom with a deep bath, separate shower, vanity room, and toilet room, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning keeps the internal climate perfect.

The Bedding Configuration

The property features three large bedrooms upstairs with robes, opening out of the main open living space.
3 Queen beds, with fresh quality linen and Bath towels, are provided for your stay.

If you have more guests than 6, you must also book La Mer Petite.

Alfresco Dining

Off the Living Space is a large Veranda / Deck area offering dining for 12 people and a BBQ area. All are provided with a covered space, so alfresco dining can be enjoyed year-round.

The enclosed fenced yard to the rear has access from the downstairs area or from the stairs leading off the Deck.

This yard provides privacy and a seating area with a fire pit provided for the cooler months.
In addition to the rear yard area, there is an enclosed space at the front of the property that is fenced from the street and provides seating and dining whilst enjoying the sounds of the waves.

The Property

The property provides quality fittings and appliances and is of an executive standard.
Flat Screen TV with Wifi and Provision for you to use Your Netflix Account.
All dining requirements are provided, and linen and bath towels are also provided.

Views are enjoyed from the upstairs living area, front balcony, two of the front bedrooms, and the Kitchen.

Guest Access

Guests will have the full property available to them.
If booking for more than six guests, the lower-level bedroom is opened.

The bathroom and laundry downstairs on the lower level are always available.

The bedroom/living space has two bunk beds—a double on the base and a single on the top—which can be opened when children are staying or additional guests are present. This room is a shared bedding space for six people or children. It best accommodates younger teens or children or additional extended family members who need space.

Other Things to Note

Please note that the bottom level bedroom is only open when you specify more than six people are staying. The room is locked otherwise.

Small Outdoor Pet on application - we have large covered and protected deck areas and a fenced yard.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

Coastal village - beach life
Access to a Ferry to take you to Huskisson, where you can enjoy pubs, bars, cafes, boutique shopping, restaurants, and dive boats, is also available. The ferry is approximately a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away.

Exercise park is located on the Beachside and directly opposite the property and is available to use with views of the sea

The ferry to Huskisson is approximately 20 minutes' walk or 5 minutes' drive. It offers Boutique shopping, Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, and a movie cinema. The return trip costs $15 per head. It is a Beautiful Experience.

You will need a car in the area.
Walk to beaches, rivers, and cycle tracks.
