About this accommodation

If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay while being lulled to sleep by the sound of a flowing creek, this is the location for you. Very easy access for campers and motorcycles. Rv's and tents are welcome... and we have a wonderful hammock near the river.

You can cook your meals over a campfire or on a gas grill. A full-size refrigerator and washer + dryer are also available at the site. Experience an outside shower, or a swim in our wonderful River, or just chill out.

Travel the wandering King River's roads to find this hidden gem. If your looking for tranquility and serenity, you've come to the right place.

Guest Access

We are located on Kings River, but it is not a full-time river. The campground area is still delightful to picnic and cookout all year long—large dock.

Guests can experience peaceful evenings sitting by a campfire while enjoying the sound of a creek flowing. Most evenings you can enjoy watching the area wildlife making their way through the property.

Interaction with Guests

We live in the main house on the property and will always be there to assist but give you all the privacy you want.

Other Things to Note

If you need a lift just make a fresh pot of coffee at the coffee center in the kitchen. I supply the coffee fixings. Pet(s) live on property — One horse, five cats, one cow. Some spaces are shared — Campground is shared.

No littering. We recycle and make it easy for our guests with separate cans to dispose of trash.

Beware...after enjoying our little piece of heaven, you may not want to return home.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

Google maps will get you to our driveway. Turn left at the John Deere tractor on the concrete driveway and come back 1/4 mile.

Getting Around

Must have an automobile. But a good place to just walk around or bike ride. How about roller skating on our 1/4 mile concrete driveway. This is a small country town. If you plan to cook you may want to stop off at a grocery store on the way.

The closest big grocery store (Foods Co)+ is about 12 miles away. However, we do have a small market that has mostly convenience food and we have a Dollar General. In the evenings there is an extremely good taco truck one mile away. Very reasonable prices.

I have been baptized 51 years and a full-time pioneer since 2003. My husband helps me in hosting. He was baptized in 1967 and has been pioneering since 2011. We are old but in good health and very active. Love to work and get things done. Love reading, camping, old movies and a variety of music. Love all animals. Favorite snack is popcorn. Love getting to know people and everyone has a story to tell and I love to hear it and share mine. Love traveling when possible. Come to visit us!
