About this accommodation

A quiet countryside setting on the west coast. We are halfway between Malmo and Gothenberg. Lots to do and see close by to us. But you will need a car to explore. Saying that public transport is on the doorstep with bus service. Most who stay enjoy the tranquility and hot tub!

The Space

We have built over 65sq meters of decking area and just bought a new gas grill so you can enjoy cooking and eating outside whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. Two separate dining areas exist outside, one covered by a new pavilion. Added to this is a new spa bad (optional extra) that makes the most of the gorgeous countryside views we have at the back of the property. This area is totally private and not overlooked by anyone.

Guest Access

We have just installed a spa bath/ jacuzzi that can be exclusively yours should you wish (but at an additional cost.)

Interaction with Guests

We speak English and Swedish.

Other Things to Note

Spa bad is available to use for an additional fee of 80kr per day. OBS:- All children will need to be supervised by an adult at all times! Should you need it, you can also use our washing machine (no extra charge)—separate entranceway over in our place to our basement where our washing machine is located. Even if it’s late in the evening and you need a place to stay (if it’s available), we will do our best to make you feel at home. (Things happen, as we know) If your car has broken down or you’ve missed the last train home, whatever if we can help you, we will.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

Countryside setting, we live in a village where there are more animals than humans so walk around as there is always something to see! Nice for kids to see calves, chickens, and goats... Our nearest shop is 3kms away.

Getting Around

Set in a small quiet village The apartment is completely separate from the main house with x2 separate dining areas to enjoy whilst soaking in the views (and hopefully the sun!). We are halfway between Gothenberg and Malmö and just 10 minutes away from the E6 but no road noise. Park right outside the apartment for peace of mind, especially if you carry expensive items or tools! We are 5.1kms from the stunning Tönnersjö golf course. X2 lakes fit for swimming in is a 6min drive away. 10kms from cute Laholm, 16kms from Mellbystrand. Halmstad is our nearest city. 30kms from gorgeous Båstad. 12 minutes from the E6/E20 and about 25 mins away from the E4, so if you are driving by and just need a break, maybe we can help? Easy to get to Copenhagen from us, about 1hr 30min drive to the airport.

Our stay at Tim’s place was superb. The house is well equipped and clean, with a porch to relax in a beautiful rural setting. Everything was as described. The communication was very refreshing and always helpful. We would love to come back!
