Stay comfy in this beautiful condo with private entrance right in the heart of Sint Maarten. With a private garden for the whole family to enjoy. You can chill in the jacuzzi, relax in the hammock, or crank up the BBQ.

Try the flying Dutchman zip line just down the road or rent a kayak on the nearby Belair beach. You will love this place.

The Space

Guests have the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo to themselves. This 1500ft2 condo easily accommodates up to 3 couples and a baby.

Inside you will find everything to enjoy your stay, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, range, dishwasher, microwave, 36” fridge, toaster and all accessories to prep a mixed drink, or a nice meal. We have toys and coloring books for the kids and a baby bed for the smallest one.

The living room features a 55” TV, relaxed seating and dining for 6. The 3 separate bedrooms have comfortable beds, ceiling fans and all areas of the house are Air Conditioned.

Guests have the entire condo, private parking and yard space to themselves.

The condo is situated within the residential community of Crown Point Estate in the Little Bay District of Sint Maarten. This is one of the most conveniently located areas of Sint Maarten, with direct access to the largest supermarket on the island, Gym, sports facilities, and several beautiful beaches.

Getting Around

There is a bus stop approx. 7 min walking from the premises.
If you have a car, there is a private parking spot immediately next to the condo's entrance.
