The newly renovated interior (11/2020) reflects a traditional meets modern home style with neutral colors and all hard floors. The wraparound porch includes a 350 sq. ft. covered patio.
Never get bored on this beautiful lake with 4 kayaks, a paddleboat, paddles, and life jackets. The gently sloping property is unusual here, making your stay for young and old alike safe and enjoyable. Three hundred fifty feet of lakefront give great views and access.
The entire property sleeps 16 people, including three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the main house, the master bedroom contains a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large closet. The master bedroom also has porch access with a table and chairs for 2 - perfect for coffee in the morning! The second bedroom features a twin over a full bunk bed and a closet. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, off the bedrooms. Both bathrooms include plush white hotel towels and linens.
There are three spacious living areas on the property, with enough space for friends and family. One living room features a deluxe queen Murphy bed. A privacy curtain can create a 4th bedroom in this living area. There is a smart TV with WIFI access.
The kitchen is perfectly positioned between both living areas. The kitchen features ALL the amenities, including a refrigerator, blender, coffee pot, electric tea kettle, toaster oven, microwave, and range with oven and stove. There is an island that seats four and a dining table that seats 6.
The main house includes an energy-efficient washer and dryer located in a separate laundry room.
Take the pathway on the side of the main home, which leads to the bunkhouse…. The bunkhouse studio sleeps up to 9 people and includes a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. There is three twins over full bunk beds. The bunkhouse also has a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, and toaster oven. There is a dining room for six and a spacious living area to accommodate all in the bunkhouse. The living area TV with WiFi access. This space is perfect for all the kids or the whole crew. Just take the pathway to get back to the main house!
Read a book and enjoy the views of Toledo Bend on the outdoor patio or at the beach area. The covered outdoor patio can accommodate seating for 12+. It includes a gas propane grill for lunch or dinner cooking and a hammock for relaxing.
The beach area has fold-out chairs, hammocks, and beach towels.
