About this accommodation

The Space

Welcome to your Colorado stay! Whether you're sticking around town or making day trips around the Rocky Mountain State, let this Modern Victorian built in 1895 be your base camp. You will feel right at home in this newly updated space full of mountain charm. It is located within walking distance of downtown activities, coffee shops, unique restaurants, breweries, museums, and parks.

FRONT PORCH

The front porch is a relaxing place to spend your free time, read a book, and enjoy the fresh Colorado air.

ENTRY & LIVING ROOM

As you enter through the front door keyless entry, you'll find yourself in the living room. The north-facing windows provide lots of natural light during the day. The right side of the TV stand has some games to enjoy. Roku with Guest Mode allows you to enter your personal log-ins to watch your streaming apps, with an expiration date to delete your log-ins upon your exit. The Ring security keypad can be activated upon request.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM

The updated kitchen and dining room include a full-size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, coffee maker, all-in-1 air fryer and instant pot, toaster, and blender. Dinnerware, flatware, and cooking pans are provided. An introductory supply of dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, coffee, and coffee filters is also provided. A high chair and children's dinnerware are available upon request.

BEDROOMS

The two bedrooms sleep four comfortably. Both bedrooms

feature plush queen-sized beds, closets, and USB charging ports. The first bedroom includes a TV. The second bedroom contains a Murphy bed with a wide work surface where you can be productive during the day. With a gentle pull-down, the bed converts to a comfortable queen bed at night. The desk maintains its orientation so you don't even have to move your items off the work surface - even when it's closed. Children's Pack-N-Play is available upon request.

BATHROOM

A bright and clean full-size bathroom provides a shower/tub combo, hair dryer, towels, and washcloths for makeup removal. An introductory packet of travel-sized toiletries and toilet paper is provided.

LAUNDRY

The full-size washer and dryer are located in the laundry closet off the kitchen. A broom, mop, iron, ironing board and a few single-use laundry soap packets are also provided.

Guest Access

This front unit provides your own private space during your stay. We live in the back unit and are available should you need anything.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

Family-friendly neighborhood where locals walk by or walk their pets. The park is 1.5 blocks away with a children's play set, tennis courts, and trails.

Getting Around

Free on-street parking, no permit required. 10-minute stroll to the heart of downtown. One block to the local bus stop. City E-scooter rentals nearby (operated by Lime)
