We love to know our guests and their country: you will be welcomed by a member of my family, a sister, or me. If you like, we will help you by providing useful information to get to know Venice, its wonderful lagoon with its characteristic islands, and other nearby cities (Verona, Treviso, Padua). We will explain how to use public transport to reach Venice, the train station, and the airport. We'll give you useful tips about Venice and its lagoon.

We are a few meters from the stop (Oberdan) of the Tram / Bus that connects Venice, the train station, the airport, the park of San Giuliano (overlooking the lagoon), the shopping area, and the pedestrian area of Mestre, where you will find a cinema, theater, and shops. Always on foot, you can find supermarkets, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, restaurants, and pastry shops; nearby, there are some pharmacies and banks and the city park "Bissuola" and the gardens of the tree-lined Viale Garibaldi.

Silvia and her family warmly welcomed us. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, and we felt at home. They were very accommodating in providing information on nearby amenities and tourism. We greatly appreciated Silvia providing a taxi service from the airport and then again to the train station. We also appreciated Silvia connecting us with the local English-speaking congregation. We will certainly consider returning to Silvia's apartment in the future. Everything was great!

We were met at the apartment by Sister Silvia, who showed us around the apartment; our accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is close to transport and shops—a very quiet area. Highly recommend. Silvia and her husband are very hospitable and show Venice's sights.
