The Space
Key West style 2nd level home, entire upstairs with private downstairs front door entrance for you and your guests to enjoy (immediately go upstairs on entry) 3 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms. The outdoor private upstairs back deck overlooks the resort-style pool area, great for sipping on coffee and enjoying a morning breeze, or having a drink by the pool watching the sunset light up the evening sky. Pool deck supplied with 6 lounge chairs, umbrella, and patio table for a nice afternoon grill day. (Partial downstairs patio sectioned off for host area, see pics) Comfortable furnishings, bedding, linens, etc, and a well-stocked kitchen will make you feel like your home away from home. Newly updated and ready for you. We live on the property in a private owner's suite downstairs under the living/dining area but have private access and never need to be in your space.
Guest Access
Your space is upstairs with a laundry room accessible from the master bathroom and hallway. Many amenities, TV with Roku and Hulu in the living room, the kitchen is fully stocked with about everything needed, and large pantry. Room darkening curtains to ensure you can sleep in. Please be aware of bringing children that there is not an indoor gate for the staircase,*** parents responsible for children's safety*** Driveway is shared, you have the right side which can fit two large vehicles if needed or a small kayak/boat trailer is welcome. The left side is our access to the garage.
Interaction with Guests
We are in and out of town helping with LDC or DRC projects. When we are here we are just downstairs and just a text away. When we are gone, we have other JW couples that help us with cleaning and taking care of the house. We would love to meet you if you so desire.
Other Things to Note
Families with young children please note that the rental has a staircase immediately upon entry. We do provide a baby gate to use however special care is needed to keep young ones safe. Also since we live below we ask that running and jumping in the house is kept to a minimum.

Palmetto Point is a nice, quiet, safe and friendly family neighborhood close to Terra Ceia Bay, beautiful sunsets, great for walks to overlook Bay. Because of this we do ask to adhere to quiet hours from 10:00p.m.-8:00 a.m. It is conveniently close to almost anything you'd like.

We are an energetic couple heavily involved with LDC/DRC, which helps us be available to serve as often as possible. This rental helps to support our desire to keep busy with LDC. We enjoy socializing with our brothers and sisters when we're home. In our spare time, we enjoy visiting NY and different countries to preach with the local Sign Language congregation for that area. We enjoy having our brothers and sisters in our home.

Located conveniently to: Airports- TPA 38 miles...PIE 31 miles...SRQ 15 miles.....all these within 25-40 minutes Highway I-275 = 5 minutes....I-75 = 8 minutes Beaches, a variety of world-famous beaches ranging from 14 miles+ Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, and in the top 25 nationwide beaches are St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, Clearwater Beach, and Siesta Key. Shopping-Ellenton Outlet mall is 10 minutes away and the UTC mall is 20 minutes away. Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. are within a 5-10 minute drive. Palmetto Riverwalk and Historic downtown is a 7-10 minute drive. Emerson Point Nature Park is 7.4 miles Selby Gardens-16 miles Ringling Museum-15 miles Busch Gardens-34 miles Disney-84 miles Kayaking, Boat rentals, Jet ski rentals, and horseback beach rides are all within minutes.
