Mon appartement à Camberwell dispose d'une connexion internet à 150 Mbps et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. Le balcon est aménagé avec un hamac, une table et des chaises. De beaux arbres s'offrent à votre vue depuis les fenêtres. C'est un endroit très agréable pour se détendre avec une tasse de thé ou de café, que ce soit sur le balcon ou dans la cuisine. Calme, mais pas isolé. Veuillez noter que je loue actuellement mon salon, ma cuisine et mon balcon. Le salon est meublé d'un lit double et de deux lits simples. Bien entendu, je n'aurai pas accès à cet espace pendant votre séjour.

Guests can relax on the terrace in the gentle breeze, whether resting in a hammock, sitting outdoors, or simply unwinding indoors while taking in the greenery. The flat offers a warm, comfortable environment that feels like a quiet escape from the busy city. Previous guests have even said it gives them a holiday feeling while staying here, creating a space where people can truly relax and feel at home.

The rented space offers guests a comfortable, private area with access to the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace. The living area includes three comfortable beds (one double and two single) and a convertible dining table with four chairs, making it suitable for a range of accommodation needs.

The terrace can be arranged to suit guests’ preferences, with either a relaxing hammock or an outdoor dining setup with a table and six chairs. The kitchen includes essential amenities for everyday cooking and dining. Guests will have privacy during their stay, as the host does not access the rented area while it is occupied. The bathroom is located outside the rented area and is shared.

Nearby Burgess Park provides beautiful green space, including a lovely lake, Tennis courts, perfect for walks, exercise, or relaxing outdoors. The neighborhood has a great local food scene, with a variety of Spanish, Bolivian, and South American restaurants nearby, as well as shops and everyday amenities all within easy reach. It’s an ideal location for anyone looking for a calm residential setting without feeling isolated.

The location offers excellent transport connections, making it easy to get around London. Bus stops are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, with convenient routes to key areas such as London Bridge, Waterloo, and Oxford Circus.

Central London is easily reachable by public transport. For example, the British Museum is around 44 minutes away, and Buckingham Palace is around 40 minutes away, with bus fares starting from approximately £2.The

Elephant & Castle Underground and train station is about 20 minutes by public transport, or around 29 minutes on foot. Denmark Hill train station is also nearby, about 20 minutes’ walk or 15 minutes by public transport.

Please note that Underground and train services usually stop between midnight and 1:00 am, while buses remain a convenient option. Bethel is located outside London, so it is farther away, but it can still be reached with straightforward public transport connections from the apartment.
