We enjoy meeting our guests upon arrival. We respect your privacy and will not enter the apartment unless there is an urgent need.
Interaction with Guests
We reside on the top two floors. So we are available to be of assistance.
We have a dog that doesn’t interact with guests outside of the initial sniff. Our dog is not allowed in the Guest Suite.
Other Things to Note
Our neighborhood is a quiet residential gem that has access to everything. We do not have alternative street side parking or metered parking, so cars can legally be parked on the street without cost. Unlike most of NYC, having a car in our neighborhood would be advantageous and convenient.

Buses are available across the street - B82, B46, and B41, which will give you access to the following trains - 2, 5, B, Q, 3, and 4.

Terri and her family were such wonderful hosts! She was as able to accommodate us on a last minute booking as we were evacuating from Florida because of Hurricane Milton and we con not thank her enough. The apartment is adorable and very well equipped with anything needed. Also very clean! We hope to visit again under less stressful circumstances.

My sister and I had a wonderful experience at the Brooklyn Garden Apartment. Terri and her husband were so helpful and hospitable. All kinds of extra amenities made the stay even more enjoyable. Super cute and cozy and the beds were very comfortable. Easy drive to the subway station during our stay and to JFK on our way home. Would definitely stay with Terri and her family again.
