About this accommodation

I want to share with my JWguest that this is the first home I purchased when I relocated to Florida in 1993. As a single mom, Jehovah blessed me with 3 wonderful children who were raised in this 1954 home.

At the end of 2000, I met Ruben, now my husband, and we have been married for 24 years. He is a wonderful stepfather/friend for Alex, Jovany, and Yesenia, and a great-grandpa for 6 grandchildren.

This is a single-family home with 2 Efficiencies attached to the main house and 1 rear independent cottage. There are long term tenants that also use the parking in front, laundry and yard space.

The Main House is private for our bnb guests. The grill, chairs, and table in front of the bnb door are exclusively for our guests.

This home is located 5 minutes from PBI, 3 minutes from I-95, 10 to 15 minutes from our beaches, and local restaurants.

The Space

Our home is a warm space for friends and their families to stay while visiting Palm Beach County.

We have a full kitchen/dining, living area, full bathroom, shared laundry, barbecue gas grill, and a patio sitting area. 1 car parking space in front of the house.

The house has 2 attached efficiencies on the East side, each with its own entry. The bnb entry is on the west side of the property.

Our guest will find a lock box that holds the keys to enter the bnb unit and laundry that faces the front parking.

Guest Access

Our Guests have full access to the Main Unit Space, its own private entry, and a key lock box hung on the wall next to the entry door. The yard space faces the west side of the house and includes chairs, a table, and a gas grill. Our guests are responsible for leaving the gas grill clean before check-out.

Other Things to Note

Tourist 6% Tax, due at time of booking. This will cover the Palm Beach County mandatory tax for tourist rentals. You will receive a request for money. It will have the total due for this tax, and you can pay through that request.
