About this accommodation

Your accommodation begins by following the walkway to the Arbor gate and climbing a flight of steps to your private deck.

You will enjoy cooking and dining in the modern, well-equipped eat-in kitchen and lounging in the comfortable living room with a 55-inch TV (bring your own login). There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed on one end and a twin trundle bed on the other. The living room has a sofa sleeper that opens up to a queen-size bed.

Start your day with a coffee on the deck and watch the sunrise. We have seasonal views of Greenwood Lake, and our golden retriever, Molly, enjoys running around the yard.

We provide a parking spot for your car in our driveway, so you won't need to worry about parking on the street. The walkway is well-lit at night.

Boat rentals are 5 minutes away - Warwick Bethel is 17 min away.

The spacious master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and a cozy sitting area, perfect for relaxing with a book or unwinding after a day of exploring.

The second bedroom includes a trundle bed with two twin-sized mattresses, making it ideal for children or additional guests. A pull-out sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space for two more guests.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area, and a living room with ample seating. Enjoy access to a private balcony for fresh air and outdoor relaxation. This quiet retreat offers all the comforts of home in a welcoming, secluded environment.
