Make this your home base for adventure! BRAND NEW private two queen bedroom BASEMENT apartment with a futon, fireplace, and shared outdoor fire pit and BBQ grill. Enjoy a stylish apt that is centrally located. 5 min drive to restaurants & bars on Main St, take our complementary paddle board, 20 mins to Ridgeway state park, 30 minutes to Black Canyon of the Gunnison national park, & 40 minutes to Ouray hot springs, famous million dollar highway, and many hikes. Entrance through the garage.

The backyard is shared with the host and is undergoing major renovations, so please excuse the appearance.
You are welcome to enjoy the Patio furniture, grill, and gas fire pit. Other areas of the yard are private and not shared with guests

Heating/ cooling
The basement stays cooler than the rest of the house all year, so warm socks even in the summer may be helpful.
There are fans in each bedroom and a small portable air conditioner in the living room that is available from spring to fall.
Heat to the unit is forced air, and temperature control is upstairs in our unit. If you would like to control the heat output, you can open and close the vents. For more heat, there is a space heater and a fireplace.
Please feel free to communicate with us if you would like us to adjust the temperature.

Note: This is a basement apartment, and the owners live upstairs so that you may hear us; however, we try to be very mindful of noise when we have guests.

Guest Access

Self-check in through the back door. The back door leads into the garage and straight into the apartment. The garage is shared, but there is a separation so as to maintain privacy.

If the door key pad does not work for any reason, there is a physical key in a lockbox. Code provided check-in day at 11 am

Other Things to Note

Access to a paddleboard can be provided with advance request.

There is one small AC unit in the living room available from spring to fall. Only fans in the bedrooms.

The unit's heat is forced air, and temperature control is upstairs in our unit. For more heat, there is a space heater and a fireplace.
We are happy to adjust the temperature to your liking.
