About this accommodation

This romantic Cottage offers: “History and Revitalization all in one.” During the 18th & 19th Centuries, Cottages and Bungalows were built throughout Wilmington. What makes TinyTwin #1 unique is that it is one of two Tiny homes side by side. If coordinated carefully can be booked simultaneously for a Couples
getaway and/or BFF adventure. Great stays come in small packages @ TinyTwins!

The Space

This Tiny cottage has a huge heart as we know big things can come in small packages. This is one of two side-by-side special properties built in 1903. We carefully designed them to include fully functional appliances and HVAC. Modern yet elegant subway tiles showers. Our beds are Nectar memory foam and meant to cuddle you.

Guest Access

The property is open to you as our special guest. Only the bedrooms have locks on what appears to be a closet, which actually is our HVAC unit. The original design had everything in the kitchen area, including the water heater. With Tiny Homes, we need to be creative. As you’ll notice, we’ve provided a nice rack that you can fold clothes on and hang clothing.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

5 minutes to Downtown Wilmington’s eclectic Cargo district, restaurants, boutiques and more. 20 minutes or so to several of Wilmington’s wonderful Beaches.

Getting Around

Parking is free and generally wide open to park in front of the two Twins.
