The apartment has an open-plan kitchen and lounge area. Separate bedroom, & a small garden with loungers & BBQ. Beautiful, comfortable, and affordable.
We offer flexible check-in & check-out whenever possible.
The apartment is located south of the island by the Caribbean Sea, where waters are generally calmer than our Atlantic sea beaches.
You can enjoy a relaxing holiday or a fun-packed adventure from the comfort of your apartment.
Numerous restaurants are within a 3 min drive.
We provide a restaurant directory, taxi numbers, and a long list of activities on the island.
Guest Access
Although the nearest beach is a 10-minute walk, the best way to explore the neighborhood & island is by hire car. We can recommend a service that will offer a discount.
Interaction with Guests
We encourage our guests to feel at home and enjoy their stay, for this reason, we like to be on hand to ensure your comfort. We are nearby to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
Other Things to Note
Access to the apartment is vis a side path and a few stairs.
Sadly, not suitable for guests with mobility needs.
Neighborhood Must-Sees
We are in a quiet residential area with just a few homes. Minutes away from some of the best beaches on the island. Also, a 3-minute drive from a Supermarket, vacation shops, a pharmacy, a bank, and restaurants. Water sports and water activities are also nearby.
Ten minutes walk to the nearest beach, three beaches within walking distance. Five minutes walk to the bus stop providing transport directly into St. Johns Town center. 15 minutes walk to amenities including restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, Banks, and a gym.
12-minute drive to the local Hall.

We loved everything about our stay at Alyson and Tony's. The place was beyond our expectations: amenities, location, cleanness. The flat was equipped with everything you'd want to have away from home. The view is just amazing.
