The Space
The tiny apartment has 2 independent rooms and 1 bathroom . One room is the double bedroom , the other one is a room with kitchenette and double sofabed. If necessary an extra bed can be added in the double bedroom. (see pictures)

At their private lodgement, private portion of terrace and to all common parts as garden.
Interaction with Guests
We live in an apartment nearby, and we are at your complete disposal. There are two sweet cats Stellina, Zeta, waiting for your cuddles in our garden.

The cost is for the night only. If you desire our Italian breakfast, let us know beforehand (through chat), and we will add 5 euros per day per person.

AnnMarie is a lovely hostess, warm and kind. Her apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a place a short distance out of town and conveniently located in the Chianti Hills region of Tuscany. Her location gave us the opportunity to explore this beautiful area filled with picturesque vistas and fun communities. She escorted us to a restaurant that I wanted to go in a little town up in the mountains. Glad she drove!

Annmarie’s place was a gem in Tuscany! So close to Florence and all the Chianti area, wineries, scenic drives just down the road and good restaurants and small grocery store where you could also get a morning coffee and pastry nearby. She was so helpful at giving me recommendations and setting up a day of activities at nearby wineries. We were even able to join her and her family with some of the local friends to an evening dinner and a Sunday meeting. 10/10 recommend!

My two boys and myself loved our stay at Anne Marie's place. She was so kind and welcoming. We felt like we were family. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in the countryside. Beautiful rolling hills and vineyards surround their home. Easy to get to the highway and quick to many tourist attractions. Anne Marie's suggestions on places to see and restaurants were perfect for us. We hope to visit again one day.

I was the guest. Ann Marie and her family and friends were so loving. They made us feel at home and very warm and welcome.!!! Ann Marie had special food items waiting for us in the apartment. They invited us to two very lovely and delicious Italian dinners. Ann Marie was very helpful with entertainment suggestions. The home and the scenery and surrounding area are beautiful!!!! We had the best time ever!!!!! Thank you. We would love to come back again.

Our stay was just what we needed after our travels on the western coast. It was relaxing, refreshing with breathtaking views of the Chianti region. Our hosts were more than hospitable and made us feel as if we were at our own home. We highly recommend it!

We had the most wonderful time! Our hosts, Nicole and Ben, provided everything we needed and even cooked us dinner one night. The location is just 25 minutes south of Tuscany and in the middle of the most beautiful Tuscan countryside. We would definitely recommend this BnB 100%!

This place is the MOST STRATEGIC location to explore Chianti hills and Florence. It's 30min drive from everything you'll need to visit, although you might not need much really because the view just outside the entrance door it's spectacular! Ann Marie and her family are the best tour guides you could ask for; they recommended perfect itineraries and local insights and sent us to places tourists do not go. It felt a bit of a heartbreak to leave! Chianti hills are lovely, but staying at this place is what tops it up fully!

I love to meet brothers and sisters from all over the world! So much that I made a profession of it. This has has helped our family to have "mummy " around when growing up and to relate to a lot of people at home. I love to give suggestions about our area, I suffer when my guests just stay in the house instead of visiting our beautiful region! So don't be afraid to ask about...anything!
I also love to cook, mostly Italian of course, but sometimes we try other food as well. Out son loves to make Gelato, that's a bit odd for a teenager, but it's true! And he's really good at it.
Our local Italian congregation is at about 5 minutes from the house, we're about 80 publishers. The English congregation is at about 30 minutes from the house.
