Take an early morning stroll or bike ride (bike rental available from the owner) & enjoy the nearby bay or sound of the beach, 1 mile away. Wander around town and head back for a coffee at this chic home with a cozy bedroom, desk, WIFI, fire TV, and a fresh and relaxing private patio. Cyclists and joggers dream. Kingdom Hall is a few blocks away

The Space

Offers a roomy one bedroom, living room, full kitchen, one bath, and private side patio and shared warm courtyard. One queen bed and sofa (for a possible 3rd person if needed). One small pet is allowed but must be preapproved, and a separate deposit will be required.

Has a sunny but fresh Courtyard. Plenty of on-street parking and a quiet neighborhood. Private doorbell for convenient Ubereats or Doordash deliveries.
