All this is within an easy walk to the recreation reserve and within walking distance to the Basin shops and Alchester village, which have great restaurants, bakeries, coffee etc. The bonus of having a fuel and convenience store a few doors down. We have an extra car which can be hired. Close to the mountains, 30 minutes to the beach, 35 minutes drive to Melbourne CBD
