The Space
Welcome to the coastal A-frame in Hudson, just minutes from the beach. At this coastal getaway, your family can spend quality time playing games and creating lasting memories at the campfire. You will see the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen when you walk in. It is well equipped with a 58-inch flat-screen TV that can be seen from all areas. The living room boasts an oversized couch that is comfortable waiting for the family to gather and play games. The dining room comfortably seats six, and there is extra seating at the kitchen island with four additional seats. This modern kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances, K-Cup coffee with complementary K-Cups, and a traditional coffee machine and toaster. On-site is a pack-and-play, a standing high chair ready for your use, and baby kid-friendly dishes and silverware.
On the first floor, you'll find a full bath/tub with a spa shower provided with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The queen room is well equipped with two large queen beds a wall mounted TV, dresser, closet containing extra pillows and blankets as well as a luggage holder. This room also provides private access to the fenced-in yard, where you will find a dedicated dog-run family seating, an eating area, a fire pit, and a pergola with a hot tub. The twin room has two twin beds wall mounted TV, a dresser, a closet with extra linens in pillows, this room also has direct access to the private backyard.
On the second floor, you will find an open-air loft with a pool table, skeeball, candy machine, wall-mounted TV, arcades, and seating.
Upstairs, there is also the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a drop-down TV from the ceiling, and a dedicated workspace. Step inside the primary bedroom for the spa oasis with a walk-in shower and a shower Tower with jets and a rain shower head. For the added convenience of pet owners, there is a large dog bed, water and food bowls, pet waste bags, and pee pads.
Guest Access
The guests have full use of the property, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, game room, bedrooms, and the outside fenced-in yard with a private pergola with hot tub, eating area, seating area, and dog run. On site, up to four cars can be comfortably parked off the Street in a private driveway.
