About this accommodation

The Space has been fully renovated. New flooring, new kitchen with upgraded features, fully renovated bathrooms, and a full laundry room. We have high-speed fiber internet, a TV in the main living room, a TV in the master bedroom, and we will be adding additional TVs in other bedrooms if requested. Private backyard and patio area. Very quiet neighborhood. We are only 10 min away for any help or assistance you need while visiting.

We are happy to stock the kitchen with a few key items to get your stay off to a good start and allow time to find your way around to the local stores.

The home is 10 min from BEC, 15 min to Flagler Beach, and 30 min to St Augustine and 30 min to Daytona Beach

The Space

There are three very large bedrooms, and if you needed to add an additional sleeping space for 2. We can bring in additional mattresses for the floor.

We recently moved to Palm Coast in Feb 2025 and have 3 children, 2 daughters, and their families are serving in Palm Coast, and our son and daughter-in-law are special pioneers in Ohio. We have a 3/2 bath home that is fully renovated and furnished and is ready to rent for long or short-term rental.
