Benvenuti nel nostro rifugio nella regione dei tre stati! Tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno per un soggiorno piacevole in un unico, semplice e pulito alloggio! Situato nella regione dei tre stati, lontano dal trambusto cittadino, questo monolocale è dotato di angolo cottura, letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. L'appartamento è annesso alla nostra casa e dispone di ingresso e parcheggio separati.

We are in a convenient location for tons of outdoor activities if you are feeling adventurous. We are 1 mile from an Appalachian trail marker, as well as 4 miles from High Point State Park. The Delaware River might be in Pennsylvania, but we happen to be just twenty minutes from the perfect place to go tubing or kayaking.

If the outdoors just isn’t your thing, no problem! We’re only an hour and a half from Manhattan, where you have a whole other world at your disposal. If breweries are more your thing, we have no shortage of them around here. There are about 15+ breweries in a 20-mile radius, in tons of small towns, with each being cuter than the last.

I recently enjoyed a restful stay at the Tri-State Retreat. It was truly a retreat! The setting is so green and peaceful, and the studio apartment has everything you could need...and more. The hosts, Caleb and Alisha, were great...very responsive if I had any questions or needed anything. I would love to stay again...when I can really take advantage of the serene backyard! I had a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time at the Tri-State retreat. The room had all the comforts of home. There was rain during our stay and they checked in with us to see if we needed anything to make our day more comfortable. The bathroom was very spaciouse and had shampoo and conditioner in the shower. It is decorated so cute and a perfect place to stay while visiting the Bethel sites.

We really enjoyed staying there. Caleb and Alisha are very friendly. The space is surprisingly roomy and very well insulated. Even when it was cold outside, the room was very warm.

A true retreat in every sense. The studio is cozy, well-equipped, and the outdoor deck with the fire pit at night is something else. Caleb and Alisha made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It's rare to find this level of quiet and comfort so close to Warwick and Wallkill. Will definitely be back.
