This is where your beautiful home away from home/Suite is. We have had many of our friends enjoy their stay here. The Suite is absolutely a private, quiet getaway!
When there is 3 single people , whether an adult or child , this would be a sample of a set up. This is an adult cot and I provide child cots too.
Beautiful Cherry tree , blooms in the early spring and can last in bloom for about a month

Questa moderna suite monolocale, immersa nella serena frazione di Rosendale, offre un rifugio idilliaco nel cuore della Hudson Valley. Situata a soli 25 minuti da Wallkill, è la base ideale per esplorare la zona. Gli ospiti possono personalizzare il proprio soggiorno scegliendo la configurazione della camera preferita: un letto king-size o due letti singoli , garantendo comfort e praticità su misura per le proprie esigenze. Si prega di notare che la terza persona dorme su una culla per adulti.

Lo spazio

This beautiful Studio/Suite is suitable for a couple traveling with a child or smaller or two or 3 singles traveling together. Upon request, we can configure the room from a king bed into two separate twin beds and add a adult bed cot or child cot for 3rd person if needed We provide fresh linens, blankets, pillows, clothes steamer/Iron, and iron board. The studio/suite is fully equipped with pots & pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, everything you will need to dine in, a countertop oven, microwave, induction cooker, air fryer, and rice cooker. Drinking Hot/ cold water dispenser and distilled water for Sleep apnea & clothes steamer machines. Mid-size Refrigerator /freezer and Wi-Fi. Our aim is to make you comfortable.

The bathroom is separate within the Suite, completely equipped with everything you need, bath towels, hair towels, hair dryer, flat iron, a large sink, and a walk-in shower.

Accesso ospite

The private suite is located in the attached but separates upon entering the entry door of the Garage; as you enter into the entryway, you will see that the Suite is completely separate and private from the main house. Completely private! 2 Separate keypad entries in front and the room of the suite. Everything within the space is for your use while guests are in our home/Suite.

We are 1 hr from Warwick and Patterson and 1/2 from Wallikill . Approx 1 1/2 from NYC , 20 mins to train station and approx 15 to bus station. We are 1.5 hrs from Newark NJ , 1 hr & 15 mins to Albany international NY & White plains airports. 35 mins hr from Stewart airport in Newburgh Ny and 2 hrs from JFK & LaGuardia .

We live in a quiet Neighborhood. People are friendly, they love walking their dogs. Although we do not have chickens, our neighbors do, so you may see them in our yard or on the roads; they are harmless, and there are no roosters, for they are not allowed in the neighborhood.

It's a quick walk to the 22.5-mile Rail Trail and the famous Rosendale Trestle with sweeping views of Rondout Creek and Joppenbergh Mountain. You can explore this charming village on foot, discover spots like Postmark Books and The Big Cheese, and catch a flick at the historic and newly renovated Rosendale Movie Theatre. In nearby High Falls, you'll find Ollie's Pizza, a popular woodfire pizza place with a delicious menu of craft cocktails, local beers, and natural wines.

Rosendale is centrally located in the Hudson Valley with easy access to a diverse array of beautiful scenery and outdoor adventures, including nearby Minnewaska State Preserve and the Shawangunk Mountains, and is less than 15 minutes by car to New Paltz and Kingston, where you'll find a thriving arts community and some of the region's finest dining and upscale shopping.

India and Jo are amazing hosts- So incredibly accommodating.. India even stayed up super late and helped us navigate our way to the suite… and that was not an easy task after we took a wrong turn out of the airport car rental garage. They are so sweet and welcoming. Thanks for the best stay- we would definitely stay again!!

India’s studio suite in Rosendale is a true gem! The space is immaculately prepared with every amenity you could need, and India’s attention to detail made our stay feel like home. Perfectly located for exploring the Hudson Valley!

My family and I had a wonderful time with India and her beautiful family on our recent stay. Unfortunately, the pictures on the website don't do the suite justice. Upon entering, you have a standard mudroom, but then you have a private entryway, with a code lock on the door, to the suite, which is detached from the main house. I appreciated the extra effort she put in to change the room from a king suite to a twin suite and the additional amenities. There is a full kitchenette with all your pots, pans, utensils, etc. When we got there, there was a lovely fruit basket and a basket of amenities in the restroom in case you left something at home. We are already making plans to return in the summer.

Our dear Sister India was outstanding. Our accommodations were so comfortable. Our dear hostess thought of everything! From extra towels to cold water. Nothing was missing. We enjoyed a comfortable conversation with our host but still had privacy during our stay. It was really wonderful. We would definitely stay again.
