About this accommodation

The studio apartment is located just beyond the center of Avesa, a district of Verona, at the foot of the hills, in a quiet and low-traffic area. It features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a large smart TV, a kitchen equipped with a fridge and freezer, an oven, a Nescafè Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, an extendable table for 4/6 people, a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. There is no sofa bed, but a standard double bed is provided.

It is a 5-minute drive from Borgo Trento Hospital and 10 minutes from the historic center, in the areas of Ponte Pietra or Castelvecchio. The bus stop is just 50 meters away, offering direct service to the hospital and the historic center.

The studio is on the ground floor, and an additional double bed is available on the basement level if needed.

In the center of the village, one kilometer away, you will find bars and a pharmacy.

A few meters from the apartment, there is free parking available. The studio is located on the ground floor. The main area consists of a double bed, a kitchen, a TV cabinet, and a table. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink cabinet.

A staircase leads to the lower level, where there is an additional double bed, as well as space to store luggage, clothing, or other items.

Just 50 meters away is the bus stop for line 23. This line takes you in a few stops to Borgo Trento Hospital and then to the heart of Verona, near Castelvecchio and Ponte Pietra, with the same bus number for the return journey.

We spent 14 wonderful days here. Everything in the accommodation description was 100% accurate. There was a slight language barrier on our side, but this was no problem for the host. We were able to communicate. All the equipment looked new and very well maintained. We can only recommend this accommodation. The host, Alice, is kind and very helpful. We received all the necessary additional information, and communication via cell phone was always very quick.
