This 2-bedroom villa is located in the walkout basement section of the property with the entrance on the floor level. There are no steps to enter the villa except the step used to get to the lower level of the property.
This is a fully furnished villa with a fully furnished kitchen and all appliances. There are two villas in the lower level, this one bedroom and a 1-bedroom villa side by side with one entry master secured main door leading into a foyer where each villa's own separate entrance is located.
Both villa guests share the large backyard, the huge 4-car garages, and the side yard.

Amenities include 2BR, 2baths, with walk-in closets in each room, Livingroom, kitchen, and dining room, laundry, office space, WIFI, TV with Verizon cable and a large hallway, 5 cars garage, large yard, basketball hoop, Patio overlooking a relaxing park, and a huge back and side yard for dog walking or just relaxing and unwinding while enjoying deer and nature watching.

Guest of this 2-bedroom villa owned the entire 2BR villa with all its content, not shared with anybody except the guest, with the exception of the shared laundry area.

The entire 2-bedroom basement villa with all its content and amenities as described on the site is at your disposal to enjoy, which includes, but is not limited to, the kitchen, living room, both baths, study area, dining room, the backyard, and of course, the parking area.

Enjoy your private villa in a centrally located and beautifully selected, quiet, and safe area by the Potomac River in Maryland side with your own car garage.

This villa is equipped with a shared laundry room accessible to other guests. Additionally, we recommend ALL guest to always keep their kitchen and living room door closed and do not leave any personal property in the shared laundry room for safety purposes.

The rental unit is a self-contained and fully furnished; walking closet, fully furnished kitchen, dining area, living area, TV with High-speed internet, a walkout to a huge yard with a basketball field, a lot of trees, and a beautiful view, and walking distance of Potomac River, Golf club and many other amenities including restaurants and shopping, and 20 minutes drive to the White House in Washington D.C.

GAMES: Chess/Checkers, and Board Games, including a Pool Table and a foosball table, are available on demand. Please let the host know that before booking.

The C&O Trail along the Potomac River in Maryland is a particularly popular attraction for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. The 4.7-mile hiking trail is divided into three sections, and hikers can learn more about the area's history.

The distance to Washington D.C, our nation's capital, the White House, and the Capitol is just about 20 minutes using River Road.

We had a wonderful stay in this roomy 2-bedroom basement flat — plenty of space for friends or brothers travelling together! The location is great: central Potomac, calm, comfortable, and still very convenient for exploring the DC area. Everything was clean, welcoming and well-equipped perfect for a restful break after meetings or sightseeing.
