This 31ft fifth wheel is very cozy and comfortable, has carpeting, a private drive-in area, and a quiet neighborhood. 3 slide-outs, a private road, a ceiling fan, 2 Tv's, a comfortable queen-size bed, a new refrigerator, a big shower, and a washing machine. Enjoy the shade and early birds chirping each morning.

A 7min drive to our little town. The beaches are a short 20min drive. If you like the sunrises and sunsets, seafood and local foods and eats, then Perry is your place. The city is small and quaint. Downtown local shops, our famous favorite homemade donut shop in business for 50yrs, known nationally, plus a hometown feel with so much charm. Come on down. 🙂
