This cozy garage apartment overlooks a serene 18-acre lake, offering a peaceful retreat. It features a full bed, a twin daybed, and a twin fold-out bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Guests are welcome to use our two kayaks to explore the lake. If you love fishing, you'll appreciate the two beautiful campsites nearby — Wallace Creek and Permission Hill.

We live in a quiet, safe neighborhood, perfect for relaxation. You'll also have access to our above-ground pool and a charming patio with stunning lake views.

For dining and shopping, Batesville, MS, is just 15 miles away, offering a variety of restaurants. Right here in Pope, you'll find a Dollar General and two local favorites: The Catfish Cabin and The Pope Cafe.

The Space

Nice, quiet, peaceful setting. If you have kids they can enjoy kayaking in the lake,fishing and swimming in the above ground swimming pool.

Guest Access

You will have full, private access to the apartment, patio, lake, swimming pool, kayaks, and grill.

Interaction with Guests

We are available to help during the stay, and our children and grandchildren love meeting new friends. We are all in our congregation together.

Other Things to Note

I do have an Australian Shepherd dog who hangs around outside during the day. He loves people, especially kids.

Getting Around

We have plenty of parking space in case you want to bring a fishing, pontoon boa,t or ski boat. You have access to beautiful Enid Lake. There are boat launches right down the road and three beautiful campsites.

My husband and I are retired. We are very fortunate to have 3 of our 4 children in the truth and serving in the same congregation along with our grandchildren. We live on an 18 acre lake and we love it here. My husband fishes when he is not busy in the ministry. He participates in the prison ministry also and loves it. I love being in the ministry with the friends and my children and grandchildren. We have a small congregation but our congregation is our family. We are so close and love each other so much. I would love to have the opportunity to meet new friends and share our lake experience with you.
