Ci siamo innamorati di questa proprietà privata di un acro con un magnifico giardino ben curato, uno spazio esterno recintato con laghetto per koi e piscina interrata.

Questa proprietà permette al vostro gruppo di rilassarsi e sentirsi come a casa. Preparate deliziosi pasti nella cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata e godetevi lo spazio esterno con diverse zone relax, 2 bracieri, una nuovissima terrazza in Trex (installata nel 2024) e un ampio giardino. Abbiamo anche appena aggiunto un secondo letto king-size alla seconda camera da letto e due nuovi divani in pelle in soggiorno, perché ci impegniamo costantemente per rendere questo spazio sempre più fantastico per i nostri ospiti! Venite a godervi il vostro soggiorno e a fare un tuffo in piscina o nella vasca idromassaggio.

Spread out in this large home including 4 bedrooms. Enjoy a bonus game room with a large T/V gaming area, leather couch, foosball table, and minibar. This game room also has a twin bed with second mattress trundle, in addition to a futon if needed. There is ample room for sitting/dining on the main level with bar stools in the kitchen, a formal and informal eating area, and a living room with a cozy fireplace. The pool is open in the Summer and early Fall, and the hot tub is available year-round. There are 2 outside tables with seating, in addition to benches, lounge, and fireplace chairs. The backyard is very private and an incredible area to unwind or entertain. The two-car attached garage goes right into a mud room and laundry area. Brand new Trex deck, air conditioning system and primary and main bath updated in Feb 2024. Just a few minutes from Charming old town Montgomery Village with many delicious dining, coffee and shopping options.

We have the house on smart locks, so each guest gets their own combo for their stay that is then deleted for future security purposes. Thus you are able to check in anytime after the check-in time with no worries about meeting anyone there.

Interazione con ospiti

We have especially enjoyed several guest stays where families were out visiting their children serving in Bethel. Several have shared photos of great group events they were able to host at this home to get to know their children's overseers and fellow workmates. Now that tours are opening up - many families have enjoyed being centrally located to the various branch locations. This home is just South of Wallkill, North of Warwick, and West of Patterson.

I LOVE this area. We made multiple trips out to NY to explore the various valleys and villages around the Bethel facilities. I love these rolling hills, lush greenery, nearby equestrian estates, and this private cul-deac with large lots and mature landscaping. Also being so close to awesome dining options and historic perks makes the entire trip very enjoyable. For example, Brotherhood Winery is the oldest winery in the US - and Wards Bridge Inn in Downtown Montgomery has exceptional food in a cozy old-world setting. Also, Angry Orchard is 7 minutes away.

This quaint country home was absolutely perfect for what we needed! April has gone to great lengths to make sure you’re staying this home is comfortable with modern amenities and rustic charm. The location is ideally situated to get to Wallkill, Warwick, and Patterson. One of the highlights for us was the outdoor space. The patio was perfect for morning coffee, And the hot tub was perfect for evening relaxation. We can’t wait to stay here again!!

Location! Space! Gorgeous! What can I say! The stay at this home was incredible! We toured all 3 facilities and the location was perfect ! Within an hour for each ! The home: one of the best I have stayed in ! April had attention to everything! From an ice maker, air fryer, gas grill for cooking, the space was amazing ! We had 3 families and no one was crowded! We were welcomed as soon as we unlocked the doors ! If you are looking for a beautiful home to rent while visiting Bethel -this is it

Faccio parte del team LDC Title per la zona 9 e, dopo che nostro figlio è stato ammesso a Bethel, abbiamo acquistato una casa più grande per essere in posizione centrale rispetto alle varie sedi di Bethel a New York. Ci siamo dedicati alla ristrutturazione per renderla un luogo accogliente e piacevole in cui soggiornare. Sono un agente immobiliare a livello di datore di lavoro in Colorado e sono orgoglioso delle mie proprietà, che aggiorno costantemente per il nostro piacere e quello degli altri. Amiamo visitare diversi Paesi in giro per il mondo con i nostri due figli che vivono ancora con noi.
