Benvenuti nella vostra nuova casa nel cuore di St. Pete. Si tratta di un appartamento con una camera da letto situato sul retro di una casa con ingresso privato tramite cancello. Luminoso e accogliente, dispone di un armadio in camera da letto con ante a specchio.

Lo spazio

A private living area with a gated entrance and a patio with an outside dining table. It comes with a hairdryer, coffee machine, plates, one burner stove, refrigerator, table/ desk, Shelves for storage. There is a central AC, but it has its own AC unit for more control. It comes with an electric heater, iron, fire extinguisher, extra towels, soap, and shampoo. We also have beach towels and beach chairs, and umbrellas that you can take to the beach.

Accesso ospite

Guest can use the patio chairs, the patio table under the umbrella. Parking is right in front of the garage door (leave 3 ft to walk by, please). Any other visitor or car will park in 26th Street North (side of the house).

We are located In the Heart of st Pete In the us19-38th Ave corridor with plenty of parks and easy access to I 275 and all the best places in the Tampa Bay Area. Conveniently located to several Grocery stores and Mazzaro's Italian market. We live in a coastal city with the most significant economic growth in the area. We are unique because of the walkability of the City. You can walk Downtown from your car, boat, or private airplane. All Restaurants, Museums, and activities are available in that area. There are Bikes that can be rented so you can tour the City by Bike too. The neighborhood is safe, and we are located in the middle of the City, 20 minutes from St Pete Beach and 40 minutes from Clearwater Beach. We have different amenities that make it a more comfortable place for travelers—minimum 30 days rental. Uber and Lyft are always available at cost to that location.

I am in the Tampa Bay area and will be happy to host you. This is a quiet residential area close to the beach, but you need a car to go to the beach. Downtown is a very upcoming area with many people coming to visit. St Pete downtown is different because you can come by boat, by plane or by car and there is parking for all of them. Our Congregation is large and very hospitable. We have 27 regular pioneers. Come to visit us!
