Entrate nel nostro luminoso e moderno appartamento situato al 10° (ultimo) piano di un edificio di 10 piani, a soli 100 metri dalla spiaggia e dalle splendide piscine naturali di Martianez! L'appartamento è inondato di luce naturale grazie a una parete vetrata a tutta altezza e offre un'accogliente camera da letto con TV, una comoda zona giorno con tavolo da pranzo e un'altra TV, e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Il bagno comprende doccia, bidet e lavatrice.

A pochi passi dall'appartamento, troverete una vivace varietà di ristoranti che offrono pesce fresco e specialità tradizionali delle Isole Canarie come la paella e la sangria. La sera, potrete godervi la musica dal vivo offerta dai locali, proprio a due passi da casa!

Sebbene non ci sia un balcone, è possibile accedere a una spaziosa terrazza panoramica all'undicesimo piano, perfetta per prendere il sole o rilassarsi con un libro. L'edificio dispone di due ascensori e di un servizio di videosorveglianza attivo 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, per la vostra tranquillità.

Once you land at the airport, you'll find several buses that will stop exactly 20 meters from the building. Furthermore, there's a taxi rank directly below the building. TOP POSITION!

You enter through a portal that opens onto a hall where a custodian is present in the morning. Immediately after the hall are the two elevators. Once you're in one of the two elevators, all you have to do is press the 10th button!
Turn left into the corridor and you'll find door 1008. Welcome Home!

A member of staff will be there to welcome you and explain everything. They'll be happy to provide information about our meetings and groups for preaching, as well as recommend the best excursions, top restaurants, and clubs. Upon your arrival, you'll also find a bottle of semi-dry sparkling wine and two bottles of water, one still and one sparkling.

Just about 30 meters away is a small supermarket. Behind the building, about 200 meters away, is the Martiánez shopping center, full of clothing stores and much more, as there are also bars, restaurants, fast food outlets, and cafes, as well as another supermarket called Mercadona. It is spread over three levels and is also excellent for paid parking, open 24 hours a day.

There's a taxi rank right outside the house, as well as a bus stop that takes you practically everywhere. Many brothers use the bus to get to meetings, eliminating the need to rent a car, which would complicate finding parking. A free little train on wheels also departs from the house and takes you right into Loro Park, one of the most beautiful animal parks in Europe. It's a must-see for anyone visiting Puerto de la Cruz.

We served where we needed it most as pioneers in different congregations both in Italy and abroad. (Andalusia, Canary Islands, Dominican Republic). Now my wife continues as a regular pioneer and I, who have to take care of my elderly parents, am an auxiliary pioneer when I can. They currently serve as a Ministerial Servant in my congregation in Italy. In the winter months we spend four months in Tenerife.
