Fuggite nella natura e rilassatevi sotto le stelle nel nostro cottage ricavato da un fienile, recentemente ristrutturato e con due camere da letto, nella tranquilla Waitoki, ad Auckland. Immerso nella privacy di una fattoria di dieci acri, sarete circondati da verdi pascoli, alberi, pecore al pascolo e galline amichevoli.
Godetevi mattine tranquille sulla veranda soleggiata con una tazza di caffè, o serate con un bicchiere di vino mentre il cielo si tinge di rosa. Immergetevi nella vasca da bagno all'aperto sotto le stelle per un relax assoluto. All'interno, il cottage è caldo e spazioso, con accesso a un patio coperto con barbecue e orto.
L'accogliente soggiorno comprende una TV, una zona pranzo a vista e una cucina con lavastoviglie, set per la colazione, snack e minibar. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size californiano e TV, mentre la seconda camera offre un comodo letto matrimoniale. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di ampi armadi per permettervi di sistemarvi comodamente e sentirvi come a casa.
Passeggiate in campagna lungo le strade vi aspettano! A soli 10 minuti dall'autostrada, dai negozi, dai mercati, dalla spiaggia e da un negozio di cioccolato biologico. A soli 20 minuti di auto dalla Sala del Regno.

Lo spazio

The barn cottage is completely private, positioned on a small hill on our property. There is a shared orchard area that divides our space from yours. We love welcoming guests & friends to our home, which is just a short walk down past the chicken coop, then through the orchard to ours. We welcome you to ride with us to congregation meetings or join us in service any time. Our home has a saltwater pool and tennis court that you are also welcome to enjoy. Whatever you need, we are here!

The barn cottage has its own private entrance at the back of the barn. At the front, there is a gate and pathway to access the orchard area, where you can help yourself to oranges, limes, kaffir lime leaves, and, when in season, plums, peaches, apples, and figs. You may wish to explore the surrounding paddocks by walking up to the top paddock, which offers great views of sunsets and the surrounding farmland. (Be sure to close farm gates behind you to keep our curious sheep from wandering out.

My husband Andy and I are full time servants. Between ministry and the occasional LDC adventures, we love meeting new new spiritual friends at our own Cottage BnB and hearing the stories that come with them.

Aside from work on our farmlet when the calendar allows, Andy is usually chasing a tennis ball or enjoying a indoor soccer game with one's in the congregation. I find my happy place in the garden, taking beach swims, country walks and love baking. We also enjoy travelling to where there is a need in Thailand and visiting our family in Australia.

Service anchors us. Adventure energises us. With grateful hearts we find our rhythm while living and sharing our beautiful NZ countryside with dear friends. We hope to meet you very soon!
