Nianing is a charming coastal village offers an authentic and unspoiled lifestyle. Surrounded by nature and rich local character, Nianing is a place where tranquility meets beauty, with the ocean just less than 15 minutes away and breathtaking scenery all around.

The villa is located within a private, fully secured residence with 24/7 surveillance, offering complete peace of mind and a true sense of serenity. Inspired by the warm tones and natural elegance of Africa, the residence blends beautifully with its surroundings, creating a refined atmosphere where comfort, security, and nature exist in perfect harmony.

Interaction with Guests

The villa also benefits from the services of a discreet and attentive housekeeper, present twice a week. During each half-day visit, she ensures the cleanliness and comfort of the living spaces.

She carefully takes care of the bedroom linens, cleans the indoor surfaces, and sweeps and maintains the terrace, ensuring that guests always enjoy a clean and pleasant environment.

Her discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail contribute to the comfort, well-being, and tranquility of every stay at the villa.

The villa can also rely on an experienced cook, available upon request (extra cost) according to the wishes of our guests. Attentive to guests’ preferences, she is able to prepare a wide variety of meals, including both European cuisine and traditional Senegalese specialties.

Whether for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or special occasions, each meal is prepared with care and tailored to the guests’ wishes. She takes care of the entire preparation process and ensures that the kitchen and all used areas are left perfectly clean afterward.

Her expertise, flexibility, and discretion help create a warm, enjoyable, and stress-free dining experience, allowing guests to fully relax and enjoy their stay.

The villa is nestled in the heart of an exceptional natural environment, surrounded by rich and diverse wildlife and vegetation. Nature is ever-present here, and we live in harmony with beautiful species that are an integral part of the landscape: birds with varied songs, curious and agile monkeys, as well as monitor lizards.

Monitor lizards, while sometimes impressive because of their size, are discreet and peaceful animals. They are naturally shy around humans and prefer to move away rather than approach people. Their presence is beneficial to the ecosystem, as they help maintain the natural balance by regulating certain animal populations. They are neither aggressive nor dangerous when left undisturbed and avoid direct interaction.

This respectful coexistence with wildlife contributes to the unique charm of the property and offers an authentic experience, deeply connected with nature, in a setting that is both exotic and reassuring.
