Cozy and comfortable place to stay. Terri's warm hospitality was a highlight of our visit. We appreciate everything that was available for our comfort, especially the garden which was a haven from the noise and hustle of the city.

We had our independence while not feeling alone and isolated in a strange place. The accommodations and her hosting were excellent. On the day arrived at this place, Terri made us very comfortable with any questions. The place was cute and full of thoughtful touches. I'd come back to this place if I revisit NY, and I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Terri and her family are very hospitable and helpful. The Brooklyn Garden Apartment is comfy clean, ideal for a couple. Journey into the city by bus and subway is about 1 hour to 1 and a half hours depending on where you want to go.

Quiet and comfortable basement suite in Southern Brooklyn, surrounded by a lush garden and no cleaning fees. Enjoy a private bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette, with hosts nearby if needed. Easy street parking, quick access to buses and trains, and close to KH, Assembly Hall, and JFK. A peaceful home base for exploring NYC.

We had the best time staying in Terri’s cozy basement suite! It was clean, cool, super comfy, and had everything we needed. Terri was awesome—kind, respectful, funny, and always ready with tips, directions, or just a quick chat. At the same time, she totally gave us space to do our own thing. We honestly enjoyed meeting her and her family just as much as we loved the space.
