My wife and I moved here to the Dominican Republic in 2023 after looking to serve as needgreaters. Through a local realtor who is a sister in the area, she assisted us in purchasing this fantastic property on the north coast, just minutes from the beach. We are currently supporting the Cabarete Spanish as pioneers. I, as an elder in a small congregation of 57 publishers, and a few times a year, we return to visit our two sons and family during the course of the year, so we decided to rent our multiple villas on the property after doing renovations and upgrades. We absolutely love the Latin culture here and the local food, which includes many beachside restaurants, one of which is minutes away and serves three meals a day, as shown in the photo gallery. This is a private/gated community, so security and amenities are all within walking distance, but a true highlight is taking a qugua (local transit van)🚐, which takes you either west to Sosúa (10 min) or east to Cabarete (12 min) to tour the villages and beaches. A true highlight is having dinner on Cabarete beach while watching world renowned kite surfers who come from around the world to show there amazing skills.
