The Space
The villa is detached and gated and has a wrap-around terrace with plenty of space for sunbathing and al fresco dining.
The terrace and first-floor solarium have wonderful views of the pool, valley, mountains and of the outstanding sunsets.
The terrace has sunloungers, al fresco garden furniture and shade with solar lighting for the evening. On the first-floor solarium we have recently added a fabulous comfortable 6-seater bar table and chairs to relax on with a drink during the warm evenings. Kick back and turn on the LED downlighting inside to suit your mood and taste. We are continuing to add those finer touches that make your stay special.

Guest Access
You have the sole use of the entire detached villa. The villa overlooks the beautiful crystal-clear communal pool, which is almost always exclusively yours alone, with your own private key to access this. The pool is suitable for adults and children and exclusive as described, being available only to a small number of villas.
There is ample room on your wrap around villa terrace to enjoy alfresco dining, soaking up the rays, and to relax watching the beautiful evening sunsets with the romantic and LED lighting after it is dark.
Enjoy also the first floor solarium with its elevated views and ultra-privacy for sunbathing. In the evening you can sit at our compfortable bar seating and table and sip a cocktail or Spanish Sangria while you take in the absorbing views with an elevated view of valley, mountains and sky. If you time it right, in th eevening you may even see the flocks of pink flamingos fly over head as they travel to their resting place over night!
Interaction with Guests
As part of our services our local Property Manager friends will greet you on your arrival to say hello and provides you with keys and a warm welcome. We can also supply you with some handy basics if you request us to do this, which is helpful if you arrive a little later in the day or evening. Just ask us if you require anything before you arrive.
We will also provide you with a detailed Welcome Pack before you arrive with suggestions on local places of interest, and you will be given the local Property Manager's contact details should you have any questions or need a steer or two during your stay. You will also be able to contact us directly should the need arise. The local congregation is only a short drive away, and you can enjoy meeting up and widening out if you so choose. We in advance, or our Property Manager when you are there can connect you with the local English or Spanish congregations should this be your wish.

Overview
Your villa is located in the sought-after area of Rojales Hills alongside other detached villas. It overlooks the Guardamar del Segura River valley and the Sierra de Callosa mountains, making it a truly relaxing environment.
The Town of Rojales is on your doorstep, and you can soak up Spanish culture with its very old and narrow, quirky, winding streets. There, you can amble along the River Segura that runs through its center and enjoy the cafés, bars, and restaurants that are enjoyed by Spanish families and other tourists.
There are many places of interest to visit and things to see.
(There are historic towns and villages to visit, also museums, markets, beaches, aqua parks, activities to include all ages and tastes, the largest palm grove in Europe, Vineyards with wine tasting, the famous pink lake, and the flamingos. The list is endless!

You can walk to bars and restaurants with all types of cuisine for you to enjoy that suit all nationalities and every taste including the local Spanish Tapas. Close by are a multitude of supermarkets providing all you need. A car is not necessary but is recommended.
Getting Around
Local bars and restaurants can be reached easily within a 10-minute walk. You can walk to the Benijofar area in 10 min, Ciudad Quesada in 20 min, and the town of Rojales in 30 min. A car is recommended but not necessary. We can assist you with car hire.
The local aqua park (open in the summer months) is only an 8-minute walk away. The local beaches are a little over 10 min by car, as are the local English and Spanish-speaking congregations.
Taxis are also available and you can get takeaway food and your food shopping delivered if you wish.
