The Space
Decorated in a modern chic vibe with a private fenced patio for you to relax and enjoy San Diego's beautiful year-round weather. This is a long term rental. One small pet is allowed (there is extra refundable deposits of 200.00 and 80.00 pet fee. Pet MUST BE PRE-APPROVED by host). Suitable for two people who are OK with sleeping loft and climbing stairs/ladder. A third person can sleep on a sofa or blow up a mattress.
Guest Access
Shopping: CVS, Goodwill, Groceries, Starbucks, restaurants, and more are within walking distance. Two bikes are available for your stay (25.00 rental per month each): a beach cruiser with baskets and a road-bike/cruiser hybrid for you to ride one mile to the beach or to your shopping three blocks away. If you have a rental car, there is plenty of parking.

Other Things to Note
This is a fully furnished long-term rental (as local city policies require). If you want to sleep on the mattress, you must climb to a sleeping loft. However, the sofa or blow-up mattress can also be used for sleeping. This unit is located in the northern part of Imperial Beach, away from Tijuana River Valle, which has odor issues. Wind may shift and bring odor in the evening or after rains.

The weather in Imperial Beach is wonderful. Life here is relaxed and carefree. There are lots of activities in the area, such as cycling, surfing, jogging, water sports of many types, and rentals of assisted paddle bikes, paddle boards, boats, and kayaks.

We really enjoyed our time here….it’s in a very safe neighborhood, it’s just a short walk to see the sunset, and the sunrise is right outside your window in the morning, just beautiful. Just look out the door. Beautiful. It has what you would need to do some cooking, and there is a little coffee pot in there and an air fryer. The shower is strong…loved it. It’s really in a perfect location for going anywhere in San Diego or Imperial Beach. We would definitely come back here. The bed is in the loft…..my husband has never slept so well. The couch downstairs becomes a bed for those that don’t want to go up to the loft. There are a few sundry things there, like oil for cooking, a few spices, etc. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Seriously.

Neat, comfy, stylish house in a great location. A cozy fireplace in the yard. If you want to cook there is a fully equipped kitchen to do that. Sonia really was very accommodating! The area is beautiful and quiet if you want a relaxing and pretty close to everything (15-20 minutes drive to downtown, 7 minutes to Imperial beach)! Highly recommend this place!
