We are located on a culdesac in the quiet residential neighborhood of Ladera Heights. We are in close proximity to all things LA including LAX, beaches, and Sofi LA. We are within 10 to 20 minutes from surrounding cities including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and Marina del Rey. We especially love to host families as we understand the importance of spending quality time together.

We have created an environment to make that coming together special. Although our maximum number of overnight guests is 8 you are welcome to have day time visitors but the number of total guests on the property should never exceed 25. Music at an ambient level is also acceptable.
